Global chemical supplier LANXESS has recently enhanced its Chem-MAP® certification programme by achieving ZDHC Level 3 status at its plant in China. This outcome further cements LANXESS’ commitment to responsible chemistry and their ongoing support of the ZDHC Gateway.
The achievement of ZDHC Level 3, coupled with an extensive MRSL testing programme, is a further step forward for LANXESS who are on course to become the first to achieve the Chem-MAP® ‘Advanced Certification’ award which recognises commitment and excellence in chemical management at multiple global production sites.
The ZDHC Gateway is a platform providing details of registered chemical formulations used in the leather and textile industries. Conformance from Level 0 (self-declared) through to Level 3 (site audited and has an MRSL testing programme or similar) is possible.
Congratulations to LANXESS from the Chem-MAP® team. If you would like to learn more about our MRSL testing or arrange a Chem-MAP® audit, please get in touch via email info@chem-map.com or call +44 (0)1604 679999
